Complex Care Housing

The Complex Care program is a collaboration between Community Builders and Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) to provide comprehensive, in-house support to individuals with a high level of needs who otherwise would not benefit from supportive housing. The Complex Care program model includes support from both the Whole Life and Enhanced Care models, with additional funding for registered nurses, clinical counselors, and 24/7 coverage by health care aides. Registered nurses can monitor resident health, provide instruction to health care aides, and perform enhanced wound care. Clinical counselors offer residents in-house counseling services.
