Portable Rent Subsidy Program

Community Builders offers portable rent subsidies to help clients afford market rents. Clients manage their own tenancy agreements and contribute to their rent under this program.

This benefit is beneficial for those who prefer community living due to family size or locational needs. Unlike other programs, this subsidy is portable, allowing it to move with the client. They offer clients an opportunity to choose where they live and to achieve independence.
